How they can draw this graph is beyond me ! First of all; the tendencey is clearly 'down' (2007, 2008, 2009). Concluding from the last measurement (2010) that will have a rise is 2011,2012 and 2013 is a rather narrow minded view and certainly not supported by the numbers.
Worse is that the '2010' bar cannot even be drawn completely since it is currently June 2010, so only half of the numbers for 2010 are in.
